Personal Information

Qualifications

For Full Members: You must upload:

1. Proof of your teaching qualification.
2. Proof of your BSL qualification (Level 3 or 6 from Signature or the Institute of BSL).

For Associate Members: You do not need to submit qualifications, but we encourage you to upload proof of your BSL qualification.

Membership Details

Your ABSLTA membership lasts for one year from the day you join. You pay the fee for either Associate or Full Membership.

Membership Fees
Fees are reviewed every year and may increase by up to 6% from 1st January.

Payment
Complete the application form to receive a payment link from the ABSLTA Team.

Important: Your application will only be processed once we have checked and approved your qualifications.

Data Protection

Any personal information you provide to ABSLTA will be stored and used in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 to manage your membership.

If you do not give your consent below, we will not be able to process your membership application.

Get Involved

• Mentoring Project
• BSL Teaching and Resources Working Group
• Opportunities to become a Trustee or Volunteer

Final Check

• I confirm that this application is for one person only.
• I understand that my membership is personal and I will not share my username or the membership link with other BSL teachers.
