- New CPD Workshops Announced We’ve introduced new CPD workshops, providing more opportunities for professional development through the BSL Teacher’s Lounge and BSL TeachHub.
- Membership Growth We reached over 100 members in 2023, a testament to our growing community and the value we offer.
- LESICO 4 Conference Gathering Our members attended a successful gathering in Edinburgh, fostering stronger connections and sharing knowledge.
- Historical Recovery We recovered an old newsletter from 1989, providing a fascinating glimpse into our past.
- New Website Launched Our revamped website is now live, offering enhanced access to resources and information.
- BATOD Article BATOD has written an article about ABSLTA, highlighting our impact and achievements.
- Collaborations ABSLTA is actively working with other organisations to further our mission and create a broader impact.
- Social Media Revamp Our social media channels have been revamped to better engage with our community. We have set up Instagram and LinkedIn accounts and recovered our X (Twitter) account. All are now active and regularly updated to keep our audience informed.
